The Skin Care Ritual:
Step 1: Apply headband to keep hair strands away from your face
Step 2: Fill a small bowl with warm water and add 1-2 teaspoons of the petal blend to a bowl and cover with boiling water
Step 3: Drape a towel over your head, hold your face 6 inches above the water and steam face for 5-10 minutes
Step 4: Apply a few drops of face oil and smooth gently over your skin. (Avoid eye area)
Step 5: Use the Gua Sha Stone to gently glide across the face to stimulate the blood circulation. Smooth from the inside outwards and always in an upward movement.
